The next chapter. Stronger together. Youth wrestling in northern Colorado Springs — first-year four-year-olds through state-level competitors, on the mat at Pine Creek High School.
"Once you've wrestled, everything else in life is easy."
Dan GablePlacement starts with age and experience. Coaches make the final call, and wrestlers move up when they're ready — not on a calendar.
Intermediate wrestlers now train at two sites — Pine Creek on Mondays and Wednesdays, Lewis-Palmer on Tuesdays and Thursdays — for up to four nights a week. Advanced trains year-round at Pine Creek.
| Level | Days | Time | Where | Runs |

All four levels open at once. Advanced families receive a confirmation email with instructions for the Wrestling IQ app, where memberships and payments are managed.
Advanced and Trial Run wrestlers start on the mat three nights a week. The evaluation window for Trial Run wrestlers opens the same night.
Coaches confirm placement with each family before the Peak to Peak season starts.
Intermediate levels take the mat Monday and Wednesday nights.
The season closes at state. Advanced keeps training straight through.
More mat time, more opportunities, stronger together. Our Intermediate program now runs at a second site — welcoming Monument, Palmer Lake, and Palmer Divide families to the club.
Intermediate Warriors can now practice up to 4× per week.
Leading the next generation of Mile High Warriors — headed by two of the region's most accomplished coaches, backed by a full staff of ten.
One club. One family. All Warriors.
Private lessons provide individualized instruction tailored to each wrestler's goals and skill level — whether they're just getting started or preparing for the postseason. Available year-round. We proudly recommend each of our coaches; contact them directly to schedule training.
Train hard. Build confidence. Accelerate growth.
Available for wrestlers at every level, private sessions are one-on-one time with a Warriors coach to sharpen technique, build confidence, and speed up development. Reach out through our club email and we'll connect you with the right coach for your wrestler's goals.
Email to scheduleOur club has merged with Mile High Wrestling Club. What made this program work — the family atmosphere, the coaching, the patience with young wrestlers — doesn't change. What's new is the ceiling. Advanced members can train at any of ten Mile High sites across Colorado at no extra cost, with access to a much deeper pool of partners, camps, clinics, and college-level coaching.
Mile High Wrestling Club coaching staff, combined. Coaches have wrestled or coached at Cornell, Iowa, Minnesota, Northwestern, Oklahoma State, Nebraska, Wisconsin, Virginia, Harvard, Lehigh, Northern Colorado, and more.
Culture defeats strategy every time. Our wrestlers learn to face adversity with courage and build resilience through challenge. The goal isn't only skill — it's character that holds up long after the season ends. Whether your child is taking their first shot or preparing to compete at the highest levels of youth wrestling, they get coached.
Share these with any family thinking about wrestling this year.
Red level, if they're 4 to 8 years old. It's built for first- and second-year wrestlers — stance, motion, and basic positions, taught patiently. Wrestlers 6 and up with a year or more of experience start in White. If you're unsure, email us and we'll place them.
Wrestling shoes and a water bottle to start. Headgear is recommended. Athletic clothes with no zippers, buttons, or pockets. You don't need a singlet for practice — that comes later if they compete.
Through the Advanced Trial Run. Returning White wrestlers over 8, and wrestlers coming from another club, can train with the Advanced group from August 4 to October 2 while coaches evaluate readiness — fundamentals, practice habits, ability to train safely with advanced partners, work ethic, and maturity. If a wrestler would develop better in White, we tell you directly and explain why.
For Red and White, nothing changes — same coaches, same room, same season. For Advanced, the monthly membership includes practice at ten Mile High locations statewide, additional camps and clinics, and access to coaches with Division I and national team backgrounds.
Red and White are $375 for the season, with payment plans and sibling discounts available. Advanced is a $130 monthly membership, managed through the Wrestling IQ app. Sibling rates apply. Ask us about paying the year in full for a discount.
Practices are organized by age and experience so wrestlers are matched with appropriate partners. Coaches teach position and safety before anything else, and part of the Trial Run evaluation is specifically whether a wrestler can train safely with a more advanced group.
Once you register you'll get a link to join our Band App group, which is where day-to-day updates go. Follow us on Facebook and Instagram for events and wrestler recognition.
